This policy explains what information Creator Source Hub ("we", "us", "our") collects through creatorsourcehub.com (the "Site"), why we collect it, and the choices you have. It covers the Site itself — the separate agreement you sign with us as a creator partner covers how we handle your audience's purchase data, and is provided to you directly when you engage our services.
What we collect
We collect information in two ways:
Information you give us
When you submit the "Request My Free Strategy Call" form, we collect whatever you enter: full name, email address, website, social channel handle, content niche, and current monthly affiliate revenue (the last three fields are optional). If you email us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive whatever you send us there.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically logs standard technical data for every visit — IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and timestamps — for security and operational purposes. As of this policy's last update, we do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies on this Site. If that changes, we'll update this policy and add a cookie notice before any non-essential tracking goes live.
How we use it
- To respond to your strategy call request and evaluate whether we're a fit for your channel
- To contact you by email, phone, or WhatsApp about your request
- To keep records of our communications with prospective and current partners
- To maintain the security and normal technical operation of the Site
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to the ones above without asking you first.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent your information to third parties. We share it only with:
- Service providers who help us run the Site or process your request (for example, our hosting provider and, once selected, our form-submission or CRM tooling) — bound to use it only to provide that service to us
- WhatsApp / Meta, if you choose to contact us via the WhatsApp button — that conversation is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy, not this one
- Legal or regulatory authorities, if we're required to by law
This Site's typography is served by Google Fonts. Loading a font from Google's servers can expose your IP address to Google in the same way any external resource request does; Google's own privacy policy governs that.
How long we keep it
We keep strategy-call submissions and related correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and, if we become partners, for the duration of that relationship plus a reasonable period afterward for our business and legal records. You can ask us to delete it sooner — see "Your rights" below.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights over your personal information:
- Access — ask us what we hold about you
- Correction — ask us to fix inaccurate information
- Deletion — ask us to delete it
- Restriction or objection — ask us to limit or stop certain processing
- Portability — ask for a copy in a portable format

If you're in the European Economic Area or UK (GDPR)
Our legal basis for processing your strategy-call submission is your consent (by submitting the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority if you believe we've mishandled your information.
If you're a California resident (CCPA/CPRA)
You have the right to know what personal information we collect, request its deletion, and opt out of its "sale" — we do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of. You won't be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Children
This Site is intended for creators and businesses, not children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Site or our practices change. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
